Replacement bar switches which don't require a controller (e.g. m-Unit)

I live in a state which doesn't require turn signals so I got rid of the goofy eared bastards, but this isn't a discussion about that  :).

I'm designing a high idle lever/knob which I can mount down near the motor on the left hand side and I'd like to get rid of the massive stock switch pack if I can.  I love the look of the motogadget switches http://motogadget.com/en/am-lenker/m-switch-3/m-switch.html but my impression is that you have to it in conjunction with their m-unit controller.

Anyone know of any small form factor switches available which I could use to modulate the headlights and horn?  I put this in tech because I consider the Accessories board more geared towards aesthetics than the innards.

Edit: I've seen the Amazon specials but I was hoping for something a little more aesthetically pleasing and high quality.

Late model Hyper 1100 Evo switches and SF switches are much smaller, but not tiny.

Early goldline master clutch attaches to fast idle unlike newer fast idle attaching to switch gear.

I don't use my horn that often.  I wonder if there's room in the right hand switch pack to drill in a horn button.

I think the ISR switces are separate pieces - just a clamp, but I don't know how the holes line up with our masters...
