Handlebars: Has anyone seen these before?

I purchased these handlebars roughly 9 years ago. I believe I found them through a forum much like this one, but in my haste to get them on the bike I didn't keep any receipt. And this was 4-5 computers ago so I don't have any email records. Needle in a haystack, but perhaps you folks can help a guy out? Or suggest something similar?
From what I can remember they were from a smaller shop on the east coast???
