I think some of those photos are confirmation Big T is a certifiable nut case. No doubt some extreme conditions you were in there Trev.

Very nice photography by he way .... can't imagine I would be able to frame up a shot under the circumstances - my attentions would definitely be elsewhere (like on survival).

And of course a fair smattering of bling shots as you would expect .... what would Tool thing of some of those buses?

I take that Betty as a great compliment ........  Grin

As for the pics I really can't praise the Canon G9 enough. It performed brilliantly in all the conditions and just kept taking brilliant pics from -20C to +45C.
Battery life was halved on the mountain but I could still get 200 shots ish from one battery and I had 7 batteries so plenty of spares in the cold.

As for bikes, In China it is all copies of the Honda 70 & 125. In Kashgar it self it was all electric scooters. No gas driven bikes at all. They ride these on the foot path and being electric you can't hear them so nearly got run over on numerous times till I figured out the traffic protocol.
In Pakistan the Honda 70 was the equivalent to the Ducati 620 and the Honda 125 was the S4RS.

No Ducati's were spotted.....
