I say try out some clip ons before the straight bar.  you can position and re-position them all day long to find whether this is the issue.  stock bars with long arms shouldn't give pain.  could it be your grip or grips?  maybe your gloves are too thick and you're grabbing harder than you would normally?  is this the first bike you've had this issue with?  if so, what's different?

Ive changed grips allready.
Ive had only forest machines like ktm exc,gs,kawasaki kx and honda xr so nothing to compere with.
Ill try to find cheapo clip ons and piece of tube that i can bend too
