DB-killer for termi before 2004

Hello,

My 2004 s4r have a full Termignoni exhaust without DB killer and made a lot of noise ... I love that sound but I'm afraid to be arested for that.
Then I would like buy the DB killer, but my ducati reseller give me a price up to 120 euros ... This price seems to really expensive only for the DB killer.

Is it possible to create two DB killer?
A friend have probably all tools for that but I've no idea of size and materials to use.

A this time, the only way I've to get it is to buy them from ducati store.

I've also the airbox fully open, must I reconfigure the ECU if I put DB killer and original air box?
