I've got enough projects.

I'm not young enough that I don't know better than that one. The only way to make a small fortune in the restoration business is to start with a large fortune

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I remember years ago at Pomona, in the pits, seeing a 10-wheel tractor and 8-wheel trailer rig.
