I'd send them a message asking for clarification.

The mounting setup looks more like pre-2000 to me, but that doesn't mean it won't work on a later bike AFAIK.

I had a c/f windscreen for my 96. I think it was DP.

Those mounts look nothing like them

I bought the same one for my 2000 M900 I.e. from that seller.  Fit and mounts were fine, although I did buy new bolts to match those on the windscreen.  Go for it.  I did a 500 mile trip with it on.

Looks like the pre DP carbon version offered by the dealers before the rounder carbon type was released. I had one on my first '95 model Monster in '96. I have the rounder DP type on my current '95 model Monster.
