Good day to all. Just picked up a 95 M900. Very excited to get started with my plans for the bike. I am an avid rider and car, truck, and moto builder and customizer. My 2nd Duc, 1st was a 750ss. With well over 30 bikes behind me ranging from vintage triumph's to tricked out yamaha's, cruisers, cafe's, dual sport tourers, to BMW K's and R's.
Very excited about this latest hot rod. Traded an 02 FZ1 for it, it has 11k miles and was not well taken care of. Ive ordered belts, rear spring, will be chopping the tail and figuring out what to do with the rearsets. Will be searching this forum on exhaust mods, need to replace the header pipe or "mid" pipe. Anywho enough out of me, thanks
the day I got her

the day after

today

pulled airbox, all other Plastic "box's", cleaned up wiring, all pulled to inside frame, shortened a few. Tail cut, and played with the paint on the tanks a bit more.
I have a new motor coming, this bike was left outside and its in such rough shape I bought a uber clean 95 900ss motor.

I have the same model.  They lend themselves to performance mods.
