The question never was answered about the red loctite. From what I've used it for, it's not about how hard a bolt gets torqued. It's so it doesn't break loose and back out.

The (18) goes thru the  washer (17) its a perfect fit . I've used some bearing greasse to center the washer . After that, i've put  the (18)+ (19) ...  [bow_down]





I've put a little bit more bearing grease to show where it goes..... I clean the ole thing up after  [thumbsup]
