He's a very good pilot.

About a year ago I decided I wanted to get into an FPV setup and bought a $40 jobber to play around with before I built a four figure rig.  There's no camera on it and it really doesn't matter if I wreck it but it's pretty fun.  I can keep it upright and moving pretty easily but it's nowhere near as fast as what's shown in the video.

That guy's ditched more than a few to get to that point :D

I did a 'full gainer' off the high dive and bought a setup like this plus the micro to bring up my skills.

I'd trash 2K worth of toy in a hurry...

never developed the 'touch' for remotes.

8) Well, the bird itself comes in under $500, it's pretty stout CF. Rotors get busted up a lot. I'm not gonna even try to mount a GoPro on it till I can fly decent.
