Exhaust questions on s2r1000

I'm looking to swap exhausts on a pair of s2r1000s.  One, 2007, has a full Zard system. the other, a 2008 has Termi slip-ons and a ducati performance ECU.

I have a couple questions.

If I put the full zard system on the 2008 with the Ducati Performance ECU, do I need to have it flashed or modified?

If I put a stock system back on the the 2007 after I remove the Zard, do I need to do anything other than bolt it on?

What, if anything can I do to upgrade the slip-on Termignonis into a full system? Just buy the header and mid pipes?  will it work with the Ducati Performance ECU without further modification, given that the Termi full system comes with it's own ECU?

Forgive my ignorance if any of this is common knowledge.
