G'day all,

I've managed to lowside my bike and damage my lovely Termi's... Unfortunately I've caused a bit of road rash to the lower rivet strap. I'm hoping to somehow buy a new strap/rivets and repair the can, but I am struggling to find such a part. I certainly can't find anything decent made by Termi - only extortionate end cap kits. I have read of someone using a replacement strap intended for an Arrow exhaust, and it seemed to work well, but I wondered if anyone here had any luck doing similar? If anyone knows where I might be able to get my hands on a suitable part or kit I'd love to hear about it! The exhaust in question is a low mount Termignoni fitting a 2006 M620ie.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks all.

Tom

Personally, I would go to McMaster-Carr.com and buy some stainless stock and rivets and get busy with my drill press and a few other odd tools. Butt that's just me!

Good luck. I've got a 99 m900 with a damaged strap as well I've been on the hunt for a replacement for a couple months with no luck. Another option would be to buy 4 new straps if you can find just one.

Was at home depot earlier another good replacement would be to ,modify a stainless hose clamp its an 1/8th " narrower but for like 2$ and some time drilling your rivet holes not a bad substitute.
