When I purchased the bike it already had the carbon canister removed, fcr 41, and intake runners have the line port closed up. My question is that I have 2 lines coming from my tank that don't go to anything anymore. Just trying to figure out if I can remove completely to help clean up the look or should I keep or replace with something new and run someplace else. If my research is correct one is a drain and the other was an inlet from the carbon canister? Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Your research is correct. I'd keep the drain for the cap area so any spilled gas doesn't drip on the motor. The vent can be removed and the rubber fitting under the cap can be removed also.

Make sure the drain tube is clear, and doesn't get pinched when you lower the tank. You can verify with compressed air.If the bike is in the rain water can get in the tank if it's clogged/pinched.
