I think what gets me more about that video is the sheer number of people who keep driving after witnessing some of those accidents... So...you're saying I should have a camera going at all times? Because I see stuff like this maybe more than most people |

Maybe it's me, but I would have a hard time not stopping to offer at least some kind of assistance considering the severity of some of these accidents. That, and if you have a camera rolling and evidence of wrongdoing to provide to the investigators, why would you not offer that?
I get it, most of these people have cameras to protect themselves, but they could also be used to help the victims...
