Ciao a tutti -

The reason for getting these events started was to provide a fun, social atmosphere for Ducati owners, folks that want to become Ducati owners, and folks that don't yet know that they want to become Ducati owners, to sit, eat, talk, walk around and look at other Ducatis. All brands and models of motorcycles are welcome, so please don't be put off by the event name ;-)

Sohail (S2RMassive on DML) will be your host.

Please come and join us from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the third Monday of each month.

The next San Francisco East Bay Area Ducati Bike Night is: Monday, May 19, 2008.

Location:
Pizza Antica
3600 Mt. Diablo Blvd.
Lafayette, CA 94549
Telephone: 925.299.0500

johnc

I hope to show up to this one.  That is, if I feel like sitting on a motorcycle after many hundreds of miles of riding on the weekend.  It will be right after a looong ride.

The one in San Jose gets 40 or more bikes in the summer.

The one in Lafayette might get 20-30.  At least you're more likely to find a place to park your bike there.

the best event attendance we have had at the santana row duc night was 196 bikes, back 2 years ago in june.

average number of bikes for santana row runs between 10-15 in the winter months, to 85-95 in the summer months.  also note: these events are not just for ducatis ... we have ALL brands of bikes show up, as you can't increase the number of converts if you don't let them into the meeting to see that all ducati owners are not weenies  ;-)

besides, it's not about quantity, it's about quality ... and all the duc bike nights have great folks attend.

a presto,
johnc
