Hi forum! When I unscrew the bolt quality of the mixture on the carburetor (Mikuni BDST 38 mm) that is a mixture are depleting or enriching?

i unscrewed the bolt quality of the mixture on ONE turnover (TWO turns in the manual i know). But spark plug on vertical cylinder all the same is black and carburetor of vertical cylinder is TOO enrichens... Horizontal cylinder is OK. I must to buy repair kit for carburetor of vertical cylinder? bolt quality of the mixture will not help? then why carbs treated differently? carb of horizontal cylinder is very good with two turns of the mixture but carb of vertical cylinder is very bad...

The float levels may not be even. 14mm iirc. Look up Ducati Suite and Ducatitech sites and also use the search function here to set float levels correctly. There were pics here on setting the float in some past threads.

float level must be 11 mm or 14 mm?

14mm. They can be wrong from new .
Measure the rectangle float, not the rhomboid shaped float.

Also, make sure the enrichener plunger is seating all the way when off.

Hi again! Can you tell me about needle height from new on this carburetor?  What height should be?

Let us see the needle. It could be stock or aftermarket so that will change the setting. Do the needles have a Mikuni stamp or Dynojet or Factory Pro stamp?
