S2R 1000 idle fluctuation

Any one notice your idle fluctuating between 12k - 18k then when you blip the throttle it levels back to normal? I'll try to post a video tomorrow of it if i can recreate it. My tech said possible dirty throttle bodies from those pesky corn lobbiest who don't know anything better to do with feed corn expect to ruin our motors with. If so, can someone lost a step by step to get them off and clean!

None in Houston worth going to. It's race gas at $11 a gallon and an hour away from where I live. Just bought some K100 to deal with the ethanol.

Some S2R1000 do it a lot, some not at all.

What's the maintenance history and engine related mods?

I'm the third owner. Maintenance was logged when I had a buddy of mine type in the vin. Valves and belts at 8kish and had a tank replacement as well. Mods would be cut air box. full arrow exhaust. PO says remap too but can't confirm.
