I've been playing with Monsters and Ducati's now for over 20 years and every time I've come a cross a damaged cush drive pin that sit in the sprocket carrier and slots into the rubber cushes I've replaced the entire sprocket carrier as I've never been able to undo the pin via it's 8mm hex insert.  I always assumed they must be lock tighted in, or pressed in so tight they were impossible to remove. But no, today by pure luck I discovered they have a left hand thread! I discovered if you turn the stupid thing the way it's meant to be turned they come out quite easy!!!  [laugh]

So, what other little secrets to Ducati's hold?

My greatest fear in life is that when I die my better half will sell my Ducati's and tools for the price I told her I paid for them!

AFAIK, all the OEM right side mirrors generally have left hand thread where they go into the clamp on the master.

Shifter link rod has LH thread on one end, it's marked with a little groove cut.
Same for the Gen2 and Gen3 rear suspension pushrods.

Those pushrods were assembled dry at the factory, so by the time they need to be adjusted the threads are frozen.
Heat, penetrating oil, and patience will give you a good chance of getting them disassembled.

I've been racking my brain, and I think those are the only LH threads.
