 :D It's certainly not the motor that's the issue. That things make the beast with two backs all fast! Maybe get into Pro Stock drag racing. No need to worry about turning.  :P

The reason Ducati went to the C/F chassis was because Preziosi wanted it to alleviate the space constraints to the airbox, and then an Aluminum frame because Rossi wanted it because he didn't want to develop the C/F chassis concept.

I doubt it had anything to do with weld quality. Most of that is robotic these days anyway.
