Got my collets for my S2R800 last week from EMS. Have some questions about installation

1) I vaguely remember (could be wrong) in the past that these don't work w/ ducati OEM shims. Is this still correct???

2) They look directional. which way does the hump go? Collets didnt come with directions anyone have any pictures?

3) I heard they are a pain in the ass to install. What I want to know is HOW they are a pain in the ass to install. Any tips for installation that would make them LESS of a pain in the ass to install?

Thanks in advance.

1) Check about 2/3 of the way down the page: http://www.emsduc.com/
     or here: http://www.emsduc.com/images/DUCATI_VALVE_SHIM_APPLICATION_CHART121807.pdf

2) They'll only fit one way, you'll see.

3) In my experience, they're easier.
