S4R Belt Covers

I have a 2007 S4R and want to replace the stock belt covers with carbon fiber. Would a set of covers from a 999 fit my engine? If they do are the 749 covers the same as the 999? Some I found used are listed to fit both displacements.

S4Rs (998), 749 & 999 do run the same belt covers.
