Monster 821 Mk1 vs Mk2: new colour TFT instrument panel

Hello everybody,

Recently Ducati introduced an update for the Monster 821. One of the new features is a complete new Colour TFT instrument panel with an indicator of the current gear and fuel level.

I was wondering if anyone has an idea if it would be possible to install this new instrument panel on a Monster 821 Mk1?

I could be wrong, but it might not have the sensors to tell the instruments about gear and fuel level.
