Ok, so I'm watching the end of the TT race [3?] the other night as the top finishers pull in off the track.  One of the riders crew members comes up next the bike and discharges a big white cloud of something onto the bike. Was it for cooling something? Seems like extreme temperature changes would NOT be a good idea? ..... but what do I know. 

Fire?  Something tells me the announcer would've made a bigger fuss about that.

Not having spent much time at or around a track I was curious what it was about.

Not having seen it, I can only speculate. I'd guess there was a small electrical fire. (?)

Same angle, but I now see that when Hillier bottomed out he left a big oil patch on the track.
