Spark issue

I have a 1999 Ducati monster 750. 1 coil is not sparking. I put brand new coils and brand new wires and plugs in it with no change. I can swap wires on top of coils and opposite coil will fire. So I eliminated the coil being the issue. I swapped cdi boxed and same coil will not fire so I eliminated a cdi issue. I have cleaned all ground wires with no change. My Ducati will start but only run on 1 cylinder. The only thing I can think of is the pickup coils, what do you guys think?

Yes, or hopefully the wires coming from it and their connection to the ignition sub loom. Recheck the plug caps too. Check the ignition sub loom carefully on the bad side.

Check the resistance of the pick ups.  Should be 95-105 ohms.
