What Maintenance to Expect with this 696?

There's a 696 available local to me.

2013
2,900 miles

Therefore, its been sitting around mostly for 5 years.

What maintenance would it likely need based on this limited info.?
I haven't gotten a response yet to the tire condition just told it's overall in "super clean condition".

You're welcome . . . Rest assured, my fees are very low for inspections . . . I arrive on the 30th, evening, and leave Saturday 3rd . . . So, some time to look at motos for you if you like . . . After I have test riden my new bicycle
