you didnt pass your permit test did you? dont worry. its okay.

They make mini handheld breathalizers but i cant find one at a shop taht i can purchase that will show .01 places. its all .01 up to .08 then it flashes OVER LIM.

Im pretty sure i routinely do .3, and .4 if i tried really hard. but it would have to be straight beer, straight vodka, or straight rum

But, seriously, Ramses is right.  And so am I.  The confusion is that people (me included) indeed leave off the %, and the leading zero, for that matter, from 0.08%.

One half of one percent of your blood being ethanol will indeed kill you.  Not always, as the previous examples point out, but often.
