Anyone had luck doing some led bulbs in a stock headlight? 19 Monster 1200s

I installed these in my Hyper and my friend's 1200s

So far I've tried two different brands. Problem I'm running into is the heat sink is to big so the housing plate won't fit back on

This has always been the problem for sure.  PIAA just released a new bulb with a smaller heat sink called the "G3".  there are the usual caveats (resistors might be needed, not CANBUS supported etc) but one cool thing they did is give out this fit chart so you can see if it will fit your housing before you order.

Opt7 Flux beam X. Fantastic headlight and fits in the stock housing with a little effort. I have it on my Monster 821.
