Once again it was Alvaro Bautista and the Ducati V4R Panigale that won in a route some 10-15 seconds in front of Johnathan Rea.  Chaz Davies finished third.  Eugene Laverty on a privateer Ducati was in for a third or fourth place until he clipped Davies with less than half a lap to go.  He ended up crashing and finished 15th. There were some great battles for second involving Rea, Davies, Lowes, Van Der Mark, Sykes, and Laverty.  The race was really for second. 10 Lap Sprint and second race tomorrow.
