After nine races the FIM has now mandated the Panigale V4R will lose 250 RPMs at red line. Additionally Ducati will not be allowed to make any engine modifications for the rest of the season. Johnathan Rea's Kawasaki will also not be able to have any engine modifications. The CBR1000 will see a rise in its red line by 500 RPMs and they BMW,Yamaha, and Suzuki and Aprilia if they had a bike can make engine modifications.
