Eventful. Jack and Esparago clash over previous race incident. Rossi loses his chain. MM makes another great save and Quarter is fast out of the blocks at his home race. Sadly a marshal passed away from a heart attack.

FP1 clearly illustrates the difference between Repsol riders when the bike gets on the curbs. Jorge on the deck. Marc SOP, carry on no big deal.
What is the strategy from Rossi's side? Can't do the lap time? For pete's sake get out on track with some soft tires and maybe catch a tow or someone to chase.
