1200 Reserve

The fuel tank on an M1200 is supposed to be 16.5L, does anyone have any idea how much of that is reserve, or alternatively how many miles can be typically ridden once the fuel light illuminates.

The tank holds 17.5l...4.6gls...theres about a gallon left when the gas light stays on...I personally have never squeezed more than 3.6 gallons in and that's after 20 miles into reserve and filling up to the point that gas passes the edge on the fill flange weather that last gallon is the air space up top or still in reserve is still a mystery to me

Usually the owner's manual says how much the 'reserve' is.
