https://motodemic.com/shop/led-headlight-for-ducati-sportclassic/

They offer different versions for the metal and plastic buckets, and I'm wondering what the difference is.  They don't have any videos of installation on their site, and there's one YT vid showing how to install in a metal bucket, but nothing on the plastic buckets.

Monster headlight buckets:

Plastic bucket, the lens/reflector assembly attaches to the chrome ring with 3 radial screws.

Metal bucket, lens/reflector assembly is held into the chrome ring with spring clips.

Pick the adapter that will fit your stock bucket pretty much.  Each chrome ring was a slightly different size too so Motodemic had to make two different adapters. I have one of the first prototypes and not sure if the design has changed much since then.

I have a motodemic headlight.  But I bought it in 2015 and they don't sell the version I have any more.  Much better night visibility compared to the stock headlight as well as me being more visible to other vehicles.
