For the record the CDC says well over 50,000 people die every year because of complications of the Flu. Nobody stops racing or traveling or going about their daily lives.

I would generally agree. The flu is seasonal and motorsports generally take place during the summer, when flu is at the lowest risk. We still don't know if coronavirus has a season. I think everyone is erring on the side of caution.

And when it's summer here, it's winter on the other side of the planet. So, it's mostly year round.
