Well, I normally don't.
(Most of the time, I don't even carry cameras.)

But, every once in a while, I do.

I do stills, occasionally, it's how I remember my rides sometimes.  I've never done video, however...

Sometimes. In "touring" or "holiday mode" I do. In "sport mode" rarely.
