RED KEY HELP!!!!!

I need to know with absolute surety that the red key was not used with the 2001 Monster 750 Dark.

The 2001 M750 did NOT come equipped with a red key/black key setup.  It was the last year of the carbureted Monster.  The special keys are associated with a certain type of EFI ECU.

I did forget to mention that the bike came from Europe, Portugal in fact.

750 2V engines didn't get injection until 2002.  THAT model year would have the red key.
