Sharing recent horn upgrade. Read a number of posts and wanted to offer my K.I.S.S. solution. My requirements were sound closer to a car, no wiring and no drilling. My mech skills are basic so this should be straight forward for anyone.
The difficulty level of the upgrade is 3/10 but the annoying level is 8/10 as the screws around the shroud were finnicky to put back on. If you are basic mech like me, take pictures around the shroud before you start so you know where all the cables fit when it comes to time to close up. Total time about 20 mins and most of that was trying to get the screws on and off.

CLOSED UP SHOTThe horn just touches the grill with the slightest of bulge. I am OK with that, but you can look for a slightly smaller horn.
