Hi everyone,

I sold my Monster yesterday. I will be away from motorcycles for a while as my life is much different now than when I bought the Monster back in 2009. I am sad but it was time.

This forum is, in my opinion, the the best motorcycle forum I've ever been involved with. The information stored in here is vast, easily accessible and it is so nice to be able to come here and not be hammered with ads, wild website design, constant emails from the forum conglomerate, etc. The members here are very knowledgeable and helpful and this is a place i have trusted to come and ask dumb questions without worry. I know that a lot of discussion has moved to Facebook or the other conglomerate boards, but this forum is just simply better.

Thank you so much to the members I've interacted with posting and buying and selling things, SpeedDog, duckstew & ducpainter for all their administration and the other admins behind the scenes that keep this place alive.

Remember to donate every so often to keep this place open and without influence.

I'll be around still and am looking forward to the future when I'll have a Monster again.

When this place was created we were aiming to be just what you described. It feels good to know that we succeeded.

Glad you'll be sticking around. waytogo

Good luck and hopefully you can get bacon 2 wheels as soon as possible.

I myself sold my M620 Dark, couldn't ride it due to a badly repaired knee injury. I miss Gina

Duck-Stew here.

Thanks for the praise.  We aimed to provide an open and free platform and we succeeded.  Life has a way of changing us for sure.  Whatever your road brings you, I’m glad this place could be part of it.

Be well & safe travels

...been around for going on 15 years I think (??!!)

4+ years now w/no moto (long story, quick version = hit by cage, monster totaled, me = almost)

Love this Place.  100% agree with sentiments expressed.

Feel free to stick around and all.

I've been Monsterless for around 15 years (still want another), but still peruse the board a few times a day. Good peeps, good conversation.  Grin

Haha nothing 'bad' happened, just a few kids to take up all my spare time.

Nothing worse than letting a great machine sit around and not get exercised so it was time for it to go.

The wife has already blessed a future purchase, but I'm not quite sure when that will be.
