Idiot srews from Ducati. Buy an aftermarket cover with better (deeper) screw heads, but first how to remove. WD40 - (Dremel?)-cut a slot across the screw head - use a large screw driver.  If you'd like to do it professionaly, there are cool tools.

The link didnt work for me. Do you mean the two flathead screws on the small crank end cover? If so careful use of an impact driver tool.
Then buy two Allen head/hex key bolt substitutes to suit from your hardware store. Use plenty of grease and only low torque when fitting them.
There are also full stainless engine bolt kits available on eBay.

Edit. The link worked. You are way past just using an impact driver. Cut new slots with a dremel as stopintime said then use an impact driver with low to moderate force. Tap only at first. Some people might carefully drill them out but you dont want metal flakes falling in or drilling too far.

LOL dang those are super stripped. I'd drill a 1/16 hole just deep enough so that I could tap in a Torx like size T15 or whatever and after SOAKING the screws with a mixture of 50/50 acetone/automatic transmission fluid, very gently try to turn them out.

It's certainly going to be a finesse job. Those screws are so NOT supposed to be so tight.

Of course, seeking professional help before you ruin something is also a very good suggestion. Stripped and broken fasteners definitely require a certain talent to remove and if you don't possess that talent definitely get somebody else to do it for you.

If the previous did not work, left hand drill bit, just make sure you stay centered.  The fact that drilling creates heat and vibration might loosen the screws before you go too far.  If not it is easy out time.
