Pierre Terblanche was Ducati's designer and his work includes the 907 I.E, Supersport, MH1000, Sport Classics, Hypermotard and the 749/999. All significant motorcycles. However the Supermono race bike was really an impressive bike.  In this video Pierre discusses how the Supermono was designed and built.  This interview takes place at the Barber Motorsports Museum. It is incredible the amount of work that went into making the bike. Pierre talks about how they did it then and how things have changed since the early 90s.

Also note that Pierre will be updating the Supermono with some new technology and parts. The bike will shown this Friday at Barber.
