Does anyone know what the word is for that edging material they put on the edges of the carbon fiber side pieces? It's like that stuff people sometimes put on the edges of their car doors to protect them in parking lots. I need to get some of it. Thanks

Look for 'door edge guards' at Wally World, or an auto parts store.

I know DP but the Ducati item is much finer and more svelte and the profile is smaller and more delicate. Otherwise I'd have just hamfisted it with some Walmart door edge guards right from the beginning. But there is something special about the material that came on those Ducati factory carbon side panels. Maybe I just need to search the Bay for "svelte edging" like I would even yield a result.

Their smallest is still too large? Maybe ask them about a source for smaller?
