He wasn’t feeling it after the first short stage. He did a video on his IG page and you could hear it in his voice. He didn’t realize how brutal and long each stage was. |

Okay, it looks like Danilo will continue the race. He and his bike were recovered by helicopter, so he’s gonna be way down in the standings. I’m guessing if he wants to race again next year they’ll use the rest of the race for testing. (?)
