Not me. I like to leave the electrical system as free as possible.

Another thing to consider.  In the case of crash and stall or stall due to a stuck float the vacuum pump stops, the electric doesn't.  At 30GPH it wouldn't take long to empty your tank.  I'm not sure I would trust a $10 pump either.  Then again, I don't know anything about that brand.

Neither do I, but...I'm not paying over $100 for that vacuum pump.
