World Superbike has already started. One Round at Phillip Island Australia with Ducati and Alvaro Bautista taking the two long races and Bautista also taking the Super Pole race.  Second race was held in Indonesia with Bautista taking the two long races but crashing out of the Super Pole race.

Ducati also had good results from Moto Corsa rider Axel Bassani. Former Ducati factory rider Danillo Petucci had a fifth and six place at Indonesia.  Phillip Otel on the Go Eleven Ducati had a top 10 finish in heat one but wound up crashing out of Race two when Michael Van Den Marc crashed in front of him.  After two Rounds Bautista leads Razgatliogulu by 37 points

Michael Rinaldi had some up and down results for the factory Ducati squad.
