Though it no longer is one of the premier motorcycle races which drew World Champion Motorcycle racers to Daytona it still a challenging race to to compete in. Today for only the second time Ducati has won the Daytona 200. Josh Herrin road a Panigale V2 to victory over a field that included 600 Supersports and Triumph Speed Triples. The last Ducati to win was an 848 riden by Jason Di Salvo. This race is 200 miles long, requires tire changes and fuel stops.
