NBC extended highlights from Stage 4. Bit of drama with Loeb. Had an accident, but was able to limp it to the next checkpoint. Roll cage was damaged, but they said they could get it race ready. FIA said no go, so he's out.

Damn! 3k into Stage 5 Petrux hit/ran over some camel grass with the right rear wheel. The truck flipped over and did a substantial amount of damage. They have to drive-limp for 300k with no windshield.

Petrux is out. They started the next stage, but Claudio had a blood pressure drop, and they stopped to get him medical attention. Petrucci and Arnoletti drove the truck on the asphalt to the finish line. Claudio is fine, all tests were negative. It was his 17th Dakar.
