Can anyone remember how these two accidents ended - legally?

First: the young Italian who ran into Nicky Haydn. Car speeding, Nicky on a bicyle.

Then: the delivery van (?) driver who somehow drove through a group of riders, IIRC killing several.


Have anyone heard what the legal outcome was?

The same driver was found guilty for DUI in CT before the crash in NH, but Mass officials did not act on the conviction, and did not revoke his commercial license.

Seems there's plenty of blame to go around in this case.
