I blame myself for this.  If anyone should have posted it, it was me.  I dropped the ball guys.

Our MHM boys (Randimus specifically, this time) beat us to the punch with the following thread!

I guess it's okay, the Springs is stereotypically second fiddle to Denver.  But PPIR is in OUR backyard!

It's Smitch...... what can we say he's a bit slow (if you know what I'm sayin').  laughingdp Of course I've been in a box for the last week.
I'm just thrilled, I can't tell you how many times I've comptemplated just going down there with a set of boltcutters to let myself in. Just awesome, I think we should get a petition going to let them know that locals would be interested in track days. I'll put in the work if anyone else would be interested in signing it. Do you guys think it'd have any bearing on them opening it up for that?

Hey, I'm around this kind of thing all day for work.  Couldn't one of you higher paid internet surfers pick up some of the slack?

WDB, if you go to PPIR's website, there's a number to call for info on track rental.  You know Erico and/or Fay Myers will rent that thing out and make it available to customers.  Our shop talked about possibly contacting some of the other shops and going in on a track day with them.  We'll see.

BTW, the dude who bought it is big time into sports cars.  He's got a museum under his tennis courts in Manitou.  I've heard some sportsbike guys have his ear, so something's bound to come up.
