Top Gun Manuever-- or TGM as we use to call it in the 90's...any fool that had a ninja and a tom cruise haircut. my brother loved the movie top gun and ran out and bought a ninja, got the hair cut, and ran around with sneakers and a wife beather tank top on going way too fast on his bike. Yes there were many of those in the early 90's as well.
