Can someone please setup a time and place for the next ride.  Wheres Krolik?  I aint going to be the one to set it up, cause i aint the leader at best im usually at the back of the pack, or one in front of the tail guy.  And my routes suck. Krolick usually has the good plan, its August and i bet if we setup a time a couple of weeks in advance we could get a pretty good turn out.

I was thinking of getting a ride together for Estacada/Detroit Lake on the 16th.

Figuring on leaving ~10AM.  Likely from the Tigard area . . .

Hmm... a Detroit Lake run on the 16th... Dare I curse this ride, too?  Evil

We'll see what I have going on that weekend.

Heh. If you have an unbreakable mental determination to get to Detroit, just slab down to Salem and go east on Highway 22. This also opens up possibilities for stopping at the Gingerbread House along the way. They put mayonnaise on their hamburgers. IT'S make the beast with two backsING AWESOME. And the shakes are pretty good. You can borrow the family boat when you get there, it's on the Breitenbush side of town @ DL Marina. Then again, if your guys' prerogative is a metric shit ton of twisties, go your silly Portlander route, but don't taint up Salem's lake and GTFO quickly. Tongue

Bendy, you can have your little gingerbread man or whatever the nuts your dreaming about. We are not slabbers, "we are cafe racers" so we'll be twistie'n the silly Portlander route and quite possibly violating your taint once we arrive  laughingdp  You'd like that no?  Grin

In several weeks that's an absolute yes. Cheesy But if you wanted to cafe race up to this island, it'd involve a long ferry ride, and there's nothing racey about that. vomit
