have a 93 Ducati 900ss that has been sitting in my garage for and year and I need to get rid of it.I'm not sure whats wrong with it all my friends say they think it is either a valve or a rod,It only has 20,604 miles on it.I don't have any idea how to work on it nor have the money to work on it.If you know how to work on bikes or know someone who does this might be the bike for you.

too much, I paid $2800 for a 99 that runs strong with some mods.

yes the paint looks like some 9 year old did it, but thats an easy fix.

I spoke to him, going to check it out tomorrow night...  basically one or both pistons snacked on the valves, he said he was headed down the mountain on a long straight at about 130 it started making  a horrible noise, and he pulled in the clutch, it died, and never would restart.  Its sat untouched a year.
